She has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, specializing in teens, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Rachel believes in helping patients strengthen connections and adapt to life’s difficulties with newfound (or deeply buried) resilience and confidence.

Her goal is to equip clients with the tools they need to manage emotions, navigate stress, and build a holistic, fulfilling life. Therapy is not just about overcoming struggles—it’s about discovering talents, interests, strengths, deepening self-awareness, and creating meaningful change.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking, baking, and playing tenni
